Contact Anywhere is the contact module. It becomes your main tool and the hub of your activities. You record interactions not just with customers, but with other contacts such as suppliers and business partners. The interactions might be emails, phone calls, letters, mailings, meetings, etc. You use the flexible features to let the system drive your business to the extent you choose.
Your activities and diary can optionally be made available to others to help you share tasks, schedule appointments, record customer interactions and chargeable time, and generally organise whatever it is that makes your business run smoothly and profitably.
